Thank you for getting reaching out! A Début associate will be in touch soon to schedule a complimentary consultation with you, and get the planning process started!

Our Planning Process typically goes as follows :

1. A Complimentary Call will be scheduled, once all basic info is gathered and confirmed (venue, planner, date)

2. A $500 Deposit / Save the Date and a Contract will be sent to the client, to be signed, paid, and thus, confirm the event booking.

3. Once received and signed, we would then book the consultation service ($500 value), 12 months or less before event date.

4. From there, once the initial $500 Save the Date deposit is paid, the quote is put together and sent to the client.

5. A studio planning meeting will then be planned to review the elements and look of the event, and a detailed quote will then be put together and sent to the client.

6. Revisions and follow up meetings booked on an as-needed basis.


Additional Info :

> Any additional consultations or site visits are billed at $75.00** per hour and will be applied towards your final invoice upon confirming your booking.

> Depending on the scope of the event, a detailed event Proposal and Design may be offered for a non-refundable charge of $500**, and will be applied to your final invoice.

>“Save the Date” Deposit Requests of $500 are required for all event bookings. Once received, a detailed estimate will then be provided to the client in a timely manner. Event concepts and designs are the sole property of début Event Design, Inc.

** initial fees are non-refundable in the event the booking/inquiries be cancelled or client passes on services. Of course, the up-front costs will be included in the final invoice with final costs of the event when you confirm your booking with us! (as of 07.19.24)

Debut Event Design Inc. reserves the right to request any deposit request amount they deem necessary at the time of booking, and may be more than the $500 standard rate noted here.
